Questions We Get Asked Before the First Call.
What does a diagnosis actually involve?
A conversation first, at no cost, usually about an hour. If the problem is bigger than that call can settle, we propose a fixed-fee Systems Diagnosis: two to three weeks of examination that ends in a written document and a roadmap you own outright.
Do you only work on projects that have already gone wrong?
No, though a good share of our work starts that way. We would rather be involved before the decision than after the recovery.
Are you a Microsoft or Salesforce shop?
We work across both, plus HubSpot and NetSuite. We are not incentivized to recommend a platform, which is the whole point of asking us.
How big is the team?
Small and senior. The people who scope your engagement are the people who do the work. That constrains how much we take on at once, on purpose.
What does aftercare mean in practice?
An agreed period after go-live where we are still on the engagement: watching the system in production, fixing what surfaces, and training your team to run it. Most project failures happen in this window, after the vendor has already left.
Can you work with our internal IT team?
That is the usual arrangement. We are frequently brought in for a specific capability alongside a capable internal team, not to replace one.
Question Not Answered Here?
Ask it on the call. There is no cost and no obligation attached to it.
